After completing this help guide, you’ll be able to:
- Update your password.
Changing the password for your profile is very quick and easy to do.
- Once logged in, select your profile in the top right hand corner
- From the drop down options, select Account settings
- If you are on mobile, select the Show Menu icon in the top left corner.
- Select the Security tab
- Select Request password update
Check your email and follow the update password instructions.
All done! Some considerations when creating a new password:
- Adopt long passphrases.
- Avoid periodic changes – change your password only in the case of potential threat or compromise.
- Do not store passwords where they can be accessed by others.
- Avoid using the same password across multiple platforms.
