Learning Objectives
After completing this help guide, you’ll be able to:
- Search and find unconfirmed coaches.
- Confirm Coach registrations.
Any coach that is registered to your club for the first time (or is returning after previously being terminated) will be registered to your club with status of ENTERED. This indicates that the coach’s registration to the club is pending confirmation by the club’s administrator.
Note: Until a coach has been confirmed, their registration to the club is incomplete.
- Once logged in, select Coaches and Staff from the left hand menu.
- Select Search Coaches.
The search will automatically be configured to search within your club. Scroll down to the Active Registrations section.
- In the Status field, select ENTERED.
- Select Search.
You will be presented with a list of all the coaches within your club that have registration status of ENTERED. Select the relevant one to navigate to their dashboard.
From here, you can view more information about the coach and make a decision on whether you wish to CONFIRM the registration, or CANCEL it.
Tip: From the top right hand corner of the coach’s dashboard, just above the profile photo, you will see some navigation arrows. If you have at least 2 coaches in your search results, you can navigate through the results and update their statuses instead of going back to the Search Coaches console.
- Scroll down to the Active Registrations section. You should be able to see the registration to your club with a status of ENTERED.
- Select Edit on your club’s registration.
- If you wish to CONFIRM the registration, select Save as, then select Save as CONFIRMED.
- If you wish CANCEL the registration, select Save as, then select Save as CANCELLED.
Note: If you cancel the coach’s registration, it is best practice to contact the coach and advise them of such, including reasoning.
