Learning Objectives

After completing this help guide, you’ll be able to:

  • View all club sanctions at a glance.
  • Run a report to view all club sanctions in detail.

Sanctions refer to disciplinary actions that have been confirmed against your club and/or its members (players, coaches, and officials). Sanctions can be in the form of monetary fine, yellow/red card, or suspension. There are also other sanctions such as bans and stadium bans, but for this tip, we will focus on the ones outlined in the Learning Objectives.

Lets start by viewing a list of all your club’s sanction at glance.

  • Once logged in, select your club from the middle of the page.
    • Alternatively, select Clubs from the left hand menu, then select My Club.

  • Select the Sanctions tab.

Here you will be presented with full list of all the sanctions that have been recorded against your club, including information about the person, competition, sanction type, and the value to name a few. Use the competition and status filters to narrow your search down.

Lets go into a bit more detail so we can filter out the information we want to see.

  • Select Reports & Statistics from the left hand menu.
  • Select Disciplinary.

  • Select the List of Sanctions report.

Upon selecting this report (as with all reports), you will need to configure the report parameters to ensure you get the information that you want to see.

  • Select the relevant Season.
  • Select the required start and end periods in the Case Date fields respectively. This will help to narrow down the search. We recommend you do this to ensure that you don’t a previous season’s sanctions.
  • Select Run Report.

Tip: if you want to view sanctions for a specific competition, input the name of the competition in the Competition field.

Upon running the report you will be presented with a full list of all the sanctions your club and/or its players have received in the specified period. Depending on your club and its members, this may be a long list, or it could be very small.

To sift through this information lets use the Sanction Type column to narrow down our search.

If we want to have a look at all sanctions involving a monetary fine (this will include direct fines and cards), input Monetary in the Sanction Type column. The list will narrow down and only show you sanctions where a person or the club has been given a fine.

Alternatively, if you were to input Suspension in this column, the list would be filtered to show all sanctions involving the suspension of a person or the club.

Tip: Use the Excel export function to download the report so you can manipulate the data in even more detail.
