Learning Objectives


After completing this help guide, you’ll be able to:

  • Completing Home Referee Assessment Report
  • Completing Away Referee Assessment Report


Note: The home and away team referee assessment reports are identical. For the purposes of this Footy Tip, only the home report will be referenced.


  • Once logged in, expand Clubs from the left hand menu.
  • Select My Next Matches.
  • Select the relevant match.
    • If you do not see the match, then the status of the match has been changed to PLAYED. Instead, select My Previous Matches.
  • You will be navigated to the dashboard of the match. 

 

 

  • Select Referee Assessment Home Report.
  • Select Edit to begin completing the form. Ensure you complete all fields.
  • The ratings from Accuracy of Decisions to Protected the Image of the Game are in reference to the main referee (middle referee).


 

  • In the Signed field, input your full name. 
  • In the Position field, input your role in the club.
  • Select Submit.


Note that once you have submitted the report, you cannot edit it. If you wish to save the report and complete it at a later time, select Save. 


 

 

  • Once the report has been submitted, NZ Football (NZF) will check the report and finalise the report.
