After completing this help guide, you’ll be able to:

  • Access Competition type reports.
  • View various competition based report data for your club. 

 

COMET contains a host of various competition statistics reports that you can run to view interesting information about your club and/or players within competitions. These stats vary from being very basic, such as a table to the more in depth and complex such as player statistics and head to head matrixes. 

 

We will not go into detail about each report, rather this guide will show you where you can find competition reports and highlight some that you may wish to check out.

 

  1. Once logged in, select Reports.
  2. Select Competitions.


 


Tip: Use the report search bar to search and find reports.


 

  • Select the relevant report.
  • Where required, adjust the available parameters.
  • Select Run Report.

Report Name

Report Parameter Notes

Table

This reports displays the table for the selected competition.

Ensure that the Organisation field is set to the organisation that is hosting the competition (e.g. Fed or NZF)

Table (Home/Away)

This report displays two tables for a selected competition. One table based on teams’ form at home; the other based on team’ away form.

Ensure that the Organisation field is set to the organisation that is hosting the competition (e.g. Fed or NZF)

Tables by Groups

This report displays all the tables in a combination type competition (e.g. tables for group A, B, C).

Ensure that the Organisation field is set to the organisation that is hosting the competition (e.g. Fed or NZF); ensure that the competition is parent competition and not one of the groups

Info by Round

This report provides a full summary each round for the selected competition, displaying match detail, number of goals and cards.

Ensure that the Organisation field is set to the organisation that is hosting the competition (e.g. Fed or NZF)

Head to Head Matrix

This report displays a head-to-head matrix of all teams within a selected competition. 

Ensure that the Organisation field is set to the organisation that is hosting the competition (e.g. Fed or NZF)

Average age of players by club and catalogue

This report displays the average age of players within each club within a selected competition.

Ensure that the Organisation field is set to the organisation that is hosting the competition (e.g. Fed or NZF)

Goal & Booking Statistics

This report provides an in depth detail report on goals and cards within a selected competition, including goals, avg goals per 90, etc.

Ensure that the Organisation field is set to the organisation that is hosting the competition (e.g. Fed or NZF)

Streaks

This report details a club’s consecutive wins, losses, or draws within a selected competition.

Ensure that the Organisation field is set to the organisation that is hosting the competition (e.g. Fed or NZF)

Player Appearances

This report displays an overview of a player’s appearances throughout the season within a competition. Including information on games played, wins, losses, goals, cards, etc.

Ensure that the Organisation field is set to the organisation that is hosting the competition (e.g. Fed or NZF)

Coach Appearances

This report provides an overview of a coach’s appearances throughout the season within a competition. Including information on games played, wins, losses, goals, cards, etc.

Ensure that the Organisation field is set to the organisation that is hosting the competition (e.g. Fed or NZF)

Player Statistics

This report displays basic player statistics for a club within the competition, including list of players, minutes played, goals, and cards.

Ensure that the Organisation field is set to the organisation that is hosting the competition (e.g. Fed or NZF)

 

 


Note: In all competition type reports, ensure that the organisation is set to the organisation that is hosting the competition.
