After completing this help guide, you'll be able to:
- Complete all of the compulsory fields on your MyComet Profile
When you log into MyComet you may be asked to fill out some additional details if your profile has not yet been completed.
Start by clicking the edit button at the bottom of the page.
Some of these fields allow you to free-type the values while others will require you to select from a list of pre-selected options.

Note: If you free-type into one of the fields that requires you to select from the list of options then the system will not recognise this field as complete and you will not be able to save the details.
Complete the list of options fields by starting to type your answer which will filter the list. Once you see the correct option click to select it and you see that you have selected from the list when it appears in a bubble with an 'x' next to it.
Once all of the fields have been completed just click save to finish.
To add your phone number just click the add button, then select the type as mobile phone and enter the phone number into the value field. Click save to finalise.
If you click save and you see an error message "Person with this name and DOB already exists" then it means that you have created a duplicate profile for yourself. To prevent bad data the system won't let you continue if it recognises a duplicate so please start a ticket on this helpsite with your name and DOB so we can merge the two profile together for you.
